Centerplate is proud to be the exclusive caterer for the Roland E. Powell Convention Center. We are committed to offering the highest standard of food quality and service to our customers. You may choose to use one of our existing menus to accommodate your event, or with the help of our team, customize your own menu from start to finish. From snacks and beverages for a meeting of 10, to a buffet lunch for a conference of 200, or a plated meal for a banquet of 3,000, you can choose from a selection of Chef’s gourmet specialty chips, the signature Beef Brisket, house-made Maryland crab cakes, and more.

Enjoy our menu throughout the convention center. Centerplate has you covered, providing hors d'oeuvres, carving stations and premium full bar service in your private boardroom or bayfront ballroom, or hosting buffets of traditional and customized menu items for an array of choices to accommodate each guest. Our concession service features modern and regional cuisine for breakfast, snack, lunch or dinner.
